Hender Lee Electrical were engaged by the City of Stirling to supply and install the Sports Floodlighting to Dianella Regional Open Space Oval 3. The scope of works also included the removal and disposal of redundant lighting and associated infrastructure and the remediation of all affected areas.

• Mobilisation and site establishment

• Survey and pegging of cable routes and pole locations

• Traffic management

• Disconnection and removal of redundant equipment including two 20m poles, burial of existing concrete footings for two existing 20 m poles

• Trenching, back-filling, compaction and directional drilling

• Earthing

• Modifications to existing distribution board

• Cabling & access

• Installation of luminaires including control gear and pole wiring

• Supply of luminaires

• Supply of light poles with rag bolt assemblies

• Concrete footings for light poles

• Installation of light poles

• Inspection, testing & commissioning

Challenges

​

The project was completed on time with minimal disruption to facilities, the City and the public, within budget and with no lost time injuries.
