Hender Lee were engaged by Georgiou Group to provide the Electrical Instrumentation, Mechanical and in process commissioning of the new Water Corporation Kwinana area main deep sewage pumping station.

Scope

• Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation

• SCADA, 85KW VSDs, Instrumentation & Communications

• Installation of 2 x 85 KW Flight pumps capacity on Duty cycle of 180L per second

• The installation of the wet well Stainless Steel Piping, Pumps, and Structural Stainless Steel Work

• Pressure Transmitters, Mag Flow Units Flow Transmitters, Ultrasonic Level Transmitters and float level indicators indicators

• Underground LV & HV Power Distribution

• Switchboards, Motor disconnection cubical's, Instrument & Electrical Cabling, Cable ladder and Support systems

• Control Room fit out

• Combined Earthing System

• Fire detection

• FAT Testing, Commissioning, Testing & Regional Hand Over

Challenges

We provided in process final setting and commissioning to pre set and pre calibrated issued instruments that were pre set to incorrect parameters and depths.
